How Does a Microdosing Program function?
Many individuals choose a guided program comprising 3 sessions. Beyond addressing the practical aspects of microdosing, I delve deeper by incorporating coaching on intention and integration, thereby enhancing the likelihood of genuine transformation. Past experiences indicate that clients achieve more enduring results, discover their sweet spot sooner, and engage with microdosing in a more focused manner.
Over the course of 4 weeks, you’ll work independently yet under my guidance, following a microdosing program with a specified protocol. The protocol and dosages vary for each individual. Prior to commencing, we’ll collaboratively determine the most suitable substance, optimal protocol, and the right dosage for you. Throughout the 4-week program, we’ll have 3 coaching sessions where we’ll discuss your progress, set goals or intentions, explore how microdosing is unfolding, identify insights gained, address any challenges, and strategize ways to enhance or integrate the experience.
In these sessions, I incorporate mindfulness and ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy). You’ll also receive homework assignments and an (online) microdosing diary to document your results, allowing me to review and assist in fine-tuning your dose, protocol, and intention as needed.
Appointments can be conducted either in person or online via Google Meet.
Before we begin, we’ll conduct a thorough intake process. It’s crucial for me to understand your motivation for microdosing, your medical history, current challenges you’re facing, and any medications or supplements you’re currently taking. This helps us determine if microdosing is the right approach for you and aligns with your goals.
Session 1 (ConsultAtion)
If microdosing proves to be your chosen path without any contraindications, we’ll initiate the sessions! In the first session, you’ll receive all the practical details on how to embark on your microdosing journey. Together, we’ll explore the most suitable microdosing substance and determine the appropriate protocol and dosage to begin with. I’ll provide guidance on discovering your optimal dosage, considerations around food and other key points, as well as insights on setting your intention and facilitating proper integration. Following this initial consultation, you’ll commence microdosing independently in the comfort of your home.
Two weeks after our initial consultation, we’ll have our second appointment. During this session, we’ll assess your progress with microdosing and make any necessary adjustments. We’ll openly discuss any challenges you’ve faced and explore the alignment of your intention – ensuring it resonates authentically. Additionally, we’ll delve into strategies for integrating the insights gained into your daily life.
Two weeks after the second session, we reach the third and final consultation. Once again, we evaluate your progress, and I provide coaching on refining your intention and enhancing integration. Typically, at this point, individuals have a solid understanding of the phases inherent in the microdosing process, how to recognize these phases and insights, and successfully navigate through them. We explore how to translate these gained insights into tangible actions for genuine, lasting transformation. From here, you can confidently continue independently. Should you require additional coaching, that option is always available.
