How Does a Microdosing Program Work?
Most people opt for a guided program of 3 sessions. In addition to all the practical aspects of microdosing, I can also go deeper with attention to coaching on the intention and integration, thereby increasing the chances of real transformation. Experience shows that clients achieve more lasting results, find their sweet spot sooner, and work more focused with microdosing.
Over 4 weeks, you will work on your own, under my supervision, with a microdosing course following a certain protocol. The protocol and amounts to follow are different for everyone. Before starting, we will review together what is the suitable substance for you, the best protocol, and the right dose. During your 4-week program, we will meet for 3 coaching sessions. We will discuss how you are doing, with your set goals or intention, how microdosing is going, what insights you have gained, what you are struggling with, and how we can further improve or integrate this.
During the sessions, I use mindfulness, ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), you will receive homework and an (online) microdosing diary to keep track of your results and so that I can look along and help you, if necessary, with fine-tuning your dose, protocol, and intention.
Appointments can be live or online via Google Meet.
Before we start, there is first an extensive intake. It is important for me to know why you want to microdose, whether you have a medical history, what complaints you have at the moment, and what medications and supplements you are using. We investigate whether microdosing is a suitable tool for you and your wishes.
Session 1 (Consult)
If microdosing is your tool and there are no contraindications, then we start the sessions! During the first session, you will get all the practical information on how to start microdosing. Together we look at the most suitable microdosing substance and with which protocol and dose you will start. You will receive tips on how to find your sweet spot, what to keep in mind (food and other points of attention), and also tips about your intention and the right integration. After this first consultation, you start microdosing independently at home.
Two weeks after the first consultation, follows the second appointment. We evaluate the microdosing so far and fine-tune where necessary. We discuss any challenges you have encountered. We also look at your intention (is it the right one?) and how you can integrate the insights gained into daily life.
Two weeks after the second session, the third and final session takes place. We evaluate again, I coach you on your intention and on further integration. Usually, by this time, people have a good idea of the phases you go through during a microdosing process, how you recognize the phases and insights and successfully go through them and how you turn the insights gained into action for real, sustainable transformation. From here you can continue independently. If you still need more coaching, that is always possible.
